This website uses so-called cookies (small text files deposited on your computer system) to make the website more user-friendly and secure; navigation of the website will be enhanced, for instance. Cookies also serve to record the frequency of your site visits and your general use of the site. Cookies used by us are primarily so-called ‘session cookies’, i.e. they are deleted from your computer automatically when your browser is closed. We also use some ‘perpetual cookies’, which remain stored on your computer system so that it is recognised on future visits to the site. You can delete these cookies by manually deleting your browser cache or by disabling or restricting the acceptance of cookies by means of the applicable setting in your browser (this function is generally available). If the restriction of cookies is disabled through the browser, it may be, however, that our website will only have limited functionality, or may not work at all.
4. Data protection declaration on Google analytics
This website uses Google analytics which is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. („Google“). Google analytics uses so-called cookies (text files stored on your computer) which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie through your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website in order to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to render further services connected with the use of the website and the use of the internet. Google will also, where applicable, transmit this information to third parties where this is a statutory requirement or insofar as third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will under no circumstances link your IP address to other data collected by Google. You can prevent the installation of these cookies by means of the applicable setting in your browser software; however, under certain circumstances this may limit website functionality. By using this website you consent to the processing of data collected on you by Google in the previously described manner and for the previously described purpose.
You can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google as well as the processing of this data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
5. Data protection declaration for the use of Facebook plugins (‘Like’ button)
On our website there are so-called plugins which are integrated with the social networking site www.facebook.com,owned by Facebook Inc., 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can see a description and the appearance of this Facebook plugin on the following website: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins. This link to Facebook shall be recognisable by the Facebook logo or by the ‘Like’ button that can be seen on our site.
Through this plugin, when accessing one of our websites with which the plugin is integrated, a direct connection is created between your browser and the Facebook server. Data is then loaded from this server to visually display the plugin. During this process, Facebook receives information regarding which of our websites you have visited and by which IP address you have accessed the website.
If you are a member of Facebook and are logged in during your visit to our website, then the information transmitted via the plugin will enable Facebook to recognise which of our websites you are currently visiting and Facebook will record this on your personal user account on Facebook. If you click on one of the plugins, e.g. the Facebook ‘Like’ button whilst logged into your Facebook account, our site will be linked with and sent to your Facebook profile and stored there. The information that you have visited our site is transmitted to Facebook independently of the use of the plugin.
To prevent the transmission and storing of data on yourself and your surfing behaviour via Facebook, you must log off of Facebook before you visit our website. To block the collection and forwarding of your visitor data via Facebook plugins in the future, you can obtain a browser add-on from Facebook Blocker for some internet browsers from the link below. Please do not delete the browser add-on for as long as you want to block the Facebook plugins.
Please note that as a website provider we have no knowledge of the data content transmitted via Facebook or of how this data is used. You can find further information on this in the Facebook data protection declaration at: http://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
