Children are naturally curious. They observe their environment and recreate it with great enthusiasm when at play, building their own worlds with building blocks and other wooden materials. This stimulates their imagination and creativeness, not to mention their patience and abstract visualisation skills. Because that which is grasped in the hand is grasped in the mind.

Our toys encourage parents and adults to play together with children. Communication is the underlying idea as it promotes social behaviour and creates confidence.

Our bright and cheerful rainbow colours are particularly appealing to the senses. They stir creativity and a feel for the aesthetic. Since we use stain glazing, the beautiful natural grain of the wood is still visible even under the colours. So children can begin to appreciate nature from very early on.

Apropos colours:
We only use stains and lacquers in full compliance with DIN EN 71, parts 3 and 9. Which means they are completely safe for children.

Most of our wooden toys are made from beech wood. Hardwood reduces splintering and thus the risk of children being injured.

We see toy safety as a very important concern. And yet another reason why, in the interest of our children, our products are entirely “Made in Germany”. The wooden toymakers at work in our production facility in Neuhausen/Erzgebirge are not only masters of their craft but also highly skilled at combining the traditional and the modern.
